Leaving items outside — at the curb, in the driveway, or in the backyard — is sometimes the easiest way to stage junk for removal. But in Las Vegas, HOA rules and city ordinances complicate this. Here is what works and what does not.
Standard Curbside Staging
In non-HOA neighborhoods and communities that allow curbside staging, leaving items at the curb or end of the driveway the morning of your appointment is perfectly acceptable. We load from the curb efficiently without any access to the interior of your home.
HOA Communities — Staging Rules Vary
Las Vegas HOA communities often restrict or prohibit placing items at the curb outside of designated bulk pickup days. Leaving a sofa at the curb the night before your JunkStopper appointment may result in an HOA violation notice before we even arrive. Check your HOA rules before outdoor staging.
Driveway and Garage Staging
Staging items in your garage or driveway is generally acceptable in most communities and the most common approach for JunkStopper jobs. Items don't need to be at the street — we enter the property and load from wherever the items are staged.
No Staging Required at All
You never need to move items before we arrive. Our crew carries everything out from any room in your home. If you prefer not to stage anything, just show us what needs to go when we arrive.
Book Without Staging
Call (702) 824-6219 or schedule at junkstopper.com. Stage items if it is convenient for you — but it is never required. Serving all Las Vegas neighborhoods.
