How JunkStopper Prices Jobs — Transparent Volume-Based Pricing Explained

Junk removal pricing feels opaque to a lot of customers. Some companies refuse to give estimates over the phone. Others give a low estimate and raise it once the truck arrives. JunkStopper believes in complete price transparency. Here is exactly how we calculate quotes.

We Price by Volume — How Much Truck Space You Use

Our truck holds a fixed volume of material — roughly the equivalent of a standard pickup truck bed times six. Your price is based on how much of that volume your items occupy. The more of the truck you fill, the more it costs — but the rate per unit of volume actually decreases as load size increases.

Our Pricing Tiers

  • Minimum load — a few items, less than one eighth of a truck — from $75

  • Quarter truck — a small room or a few large pieces — $125 to $200

  • Half truck — a garage corner, multiple rooms — $200 to $350

  • Three-quarter truck — full garage or estate partial — $350 to $500

  • Full truck — large estate, hoarder home, major renovation — $500 to $700+

How We Quote on Arrival

Our crew does a quick walkthrough when they arrive, looks at everything to be removed, and gives you a firm price before a single item is loaded. You have the option to approve, adjust the scope, or decline. We never start loading before you agree to the price.

What Can Add to the Base Price

  • Stairs or elevators adding significant carry distance

  • Items requiring disassembly (hot tubs, pool tables, pianos)

  • Heavy specialty materials like concrete or tile debris

  • Extremely remote or difficult-access locations

No Hidden Fees — Ever

The price you approve on-site is the price you pay. No fuel surcharges added at the end. No disposal fees tacked on after the fact. No bait-and-switch. Call (702) 824-6219 for a rough estimate over the phone or book at junkstopper.com.
