JunkStopper is not just a junk removal company — we are a Las Vegas business that lives and works in this community and believes in giving back to it. Here is how we put that belief into practice on every job and through our ongoing community partnerships.

Donation Routing on Every Job

On every JunkStopper job, usable items are routed to Las Vegas area donation organizations before disposal is considered. Furniture goes to Habitat for Humanity ReStore, Goodwill, and Salvation Army. Clothing goes to community programs. Baby gear goes to family shelters. Books go to library programs. In 2024, we diverted thousands of items from Las Vegas landfills to organizations serving people in need.

Priority Partners

JunkStopper works with Las Vegas-area domestic violence shelters, family transition programs, veterans' support organizations, and youth programs as priority donation recipients. When a customer specifically requests items go to one of these organizations, we honor that request and confirm delivery.

Electronics Recycling Program

All electronics removed by JunkStopper go to certified e-waste recyclers rather than landfills. This keeps toxic materials — lead, mercury, and cadmium — out of Nevada's desert ecosystem and recovers valuable metals for reuse.

Environmental Commitment

We estimate 30 to 50 percent of what JunkStopper hauls is diverted from landfill through donation and recycling. That number continues to improve as we build relationships with more Las Vegas donation and recycling partners.
