What If I Have More Items Than Quoted? JunkStopper's Policy Explained

You called JunkStopper to remove a sofa and a couple of boxes. The crew arrives and you realize there is a lot more that should go. Or the garage has more in it than you remembered. What happens next? Here is exactly how we handle scope changes.
The Crew Re-Quotes Before Loading More
If the job scope is larger than described when booking, the crew walks through the additional items and gives you an updated quote before loading anything extra. You approve the new price or decide which additional items to include. Nothing loads until you have agreed to the final price.
No Hidden Expansion Charges
Some companies load everything first and hand you a larger bill after the truck is full. JunkStopper does not do this. The price you approve before loading starts is the price you pay. If more is added, it is re-quoted and re-approved.
What If You Have Less Than Expected?
If the actual job is smaller than described — a few items already moved, fewer boxes than expected — the crew quotes based on what is actually there. You pay less. Simple.
How to Get the Most Accurate Quote
The most accurate quote comes from a specific description. When booking, walk through every area being cleared and list everything: the sofa in the living room, the three boxes in the garage, the old refrigerator in the utility room. The more specific you are, the more accurate the estimate and the fewer surprises on the day.
